"This is a great company to work for if you want work/life balance and aren't terribly interested in career advancement. It's a comfortable company to work for in the early years of having children. However, the company has done two layoffs in the past two years, so that is also something to be concerned with."

"It is a great company for women. The benefits are great; Backup Childcare, access to Care.com, snacks, and concierge service. Also it is a very family friendly company and culture. Many women in leadership but it is hard to advance. You have to work very hard and sometimes get creative with ideas for promotions."
