Kalpana Biswal works as an Engineering Team lead for Cornerstone in Bangalore, India office. In her current role she manages a team of engineers, makes engineering decisions, collaborates with other teams and actively contributes to the code base.
She has 12 years of industry experience - she started her career as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Bangalore area before moving to Santa Monica and joining Cornerstone in 2013.
At Cornerstone she switched her role from a Quality Assurance Engineer to Application Development. In 2019 she moved back to Bangalore, India to build and grow the Recruiting product team there.
Kalpana looks forward to taking up new challenges and wants to keep learning new technologies and people management. She is also a member of Cornerstone India's Diversity & Inclusion initiative. She practices D&I and educates other about various benefits under it.
In her spare time, Kalpana practices yoga, loves traveling and photography.
