Logic Supply truly paves a path of success for everyone as long as their are willing to work hard and embrace change/challenges. They don't just focus on your weaknesses, they take your strengths and apply them to every day scenarios - and the weaknesses aren't seen as negative, they are seen as "stepping stones." Everyone at Logic Supply receives the training and resources they need to be successful at their jobs. As a woman in the tech industry without any prior knowledge of technology, they have implemented processes and training's that have quickly brought me up to speed. The Management Team is open, honest and fair which sets them apart from many other companies. Working in an open job environment, everyone is treated equally which is what I love most. The people are wonderful and everyone genuinely gets along and wants to spend time together, even outside of work. There are employee events in and outside of work which allows you to get to know co-workers on another level. I love working at Logic Supply and I can't rave enough about it!

I've been very lucky to have most of my career be at Logic Supply. My personal experience with the Glass Ceiling and gender imbalance at work is "I acknowledge it exists but I've never had to experience it." Logic Supply has always treated me as the valuable employee that I am, no caveats. In addition, Logic Supply recently picked up the Gender Equity dialog in company meetings and is making it a normal part of conversation. No event triggered that, it was simply the core values of Open and Fair that made it an obvious conversation to keep ahead of.
