I've been very lucky to have most of my career be at Logic Supply. My personal experience with the Glass Ceiling and gender imbalance at work is "I acknowledge it exists but I've never had to experience it." Logic Supply has always treated me as the valuable employee that I am, no caveats. In addition, Logic Supply recently picked up the Gender Equity dialog in company meetings and is making it a normal part of conversation. No event triggered that, it was simply the core values of Open and Fair that made it an obvious conversation to keep ahead of.

Policies are pretty standard, however exceptions are looked at as needed. You may not get what you initially ask for, but the conversation can lead to other options which can still benefit you while not having a negative impact on your team/the company/culture/etc.

  • Took Maternity Leave Here? (Weeks)

    7 paid / 8 unpaid

Purely through CTO and the paid FMLA benefit. I have been at the company for > 5 years so I earn more CTO than others.

  • Work-Life Friendly Attributes:

    Hours, Culture

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

Not much; it's a great place to work

Logic Supply is a high growth company. We're always looking for high-performers who want to have a real impact. The culture here supports honest/open conversations, that fuel how we operate. Great people, lots of room to grow, and an amazing culture!

It is a transparent environment and the culture is very nice! So far I don't feel any different treatment due to the gender.

The tech industry tend to have less women here. The baby boom at Logic Supply is really starting to happen now so they are figuring out what that means for the company.

It's mutual. Employees hold the company accountable for creating a fair and supportive environment for all. Likewise, the company holds employees accountable for fostering that environment. Like all companies, we face out challenges. But they are always address and never overlooked.

The environment has the potential to be very fun, but sometimes work/life balance suffers. Starting salaries are low, and benefits are just ok.

Logic Supply truly paves a path of success for everyone as long as their are willing to work hard and embrace change/challenges. They don't just focus on your weaknesses, they take your strengths and apply them to every day scenarios - and the weaknesses aren't seen as negative, they are seen as "stepping stones." Everyone at Logic Supply receives the training and resources they need to be successful at their jobs. As a woman in the tech industry without any prior knowledge of technology, they have implemented processes and training's that have quickly brought me up to speed. The Management Team is open, honest and fair which sets them apart from many other companies. Working in an open job environment, everyone is treated equally which is what I love most. The people are wonderful and everyone genuinely gets along and wants to spend time together, even outside of work. There are employee events in and outside of work which allows you to get to know co-workers on another level. I love working at Logic Supply and I can't rave enough about it!

Employees are always encouraged to speak with their team leads about flexibility in their jobs and they accommodate as needed based on the situation. In my experience so far, Logic Supply has gone above and beyond in this category specifically. This past summer I had a family emergency and was out of office for five consecutive days. Without a doubt, they supported me through this and insisted I put my family first. They truly care about you and your family, work comes second. I can't thank the company enough for their support and flexibility during such a difficult time.

Tech jobs are a little intimidating to break into since there are so few women in STEM jobs. Be confident in yourself, inquisitive on why and what you are working on and be open and helpful to others and you will do well here.

Management is flexible to accommodate to situations - and retain employees by creating remote work. We work in an open environment which makes it easy to collaborate and for those same reasons it can make it more difficult for remote employees to stay up to date on all that is happening.

The company has its ups and downs. Wants to be equitable but no measurable actions or outcomes openly supporting improving gender balance. It's just any other tech company without the blatant harassment and open sexism. That's enough for some people.

Maybe. Good intentions but not so good at implementation of diversity. The reality is that the Management team is comprised of men, people selected to participate in leadership development programs are men, and special project leaders are men. It can be hard to connect with your colleagues, depending on which department you are in and the gender balance, but there is definitely a culture of respect and any blatant bad behavior is not tolerated. People here are great, but not really a standout place to work from a gender perspective in the tech space. Compensation isn't competitive.
