My property is overwhelmingly managed by women. Extremely inclusive & diverse for example: associates speak different languages & marriott hires translators. We also have full time associates who are deaf & have other disabilities.
I have worked here less than a year. Very low pay and a constant reminder to stay under budget for hours. Lots of standing and no breaks.
