I think there are different experiences for women in leadership versus lower level positions. It has gotten more flexible than in the past but I think there needs to be more work done. There are many young leaders that haven't had children yet so sometimes they lack understanding.

The promotion practices are gender biased and discriminatory in nature.
I would advise them look elsewhere, they seem to promote a certain type pic woman here.
