Competitive pay and benefits. Have faith in senior leadership. They set goals and we seem to meet them. I've worked elsewhere where we're never succeeding against benchmarks, but Ryan is a raising star and it's fun to be a part of it. Sr leadership seems to be driving us int he right direction all the time. In my experience management plays the balance between micromanaging and hands off perfectly--enough guidance to be effective without being micromanaged.
