Women's Job Satisfaction (5=very satisfied)

Competitive pay and benefits. Have faith in senior leadership. They set goals and we seem to meet them. I've worked elsewhere where we're never succeeding against benchmarks, but Ryan is a raising star and it's fun to be a part of it. Sr leadership seems to be driving us int he right direction all the time. In my experience management plays the balance between micromanaging and hands off perfectly--enough guidance to be effective without being micromanaged.

Ryan's flexible environment is great for women, especially working moms. I never have to worry that putting my kids first might jeopardize my job - and that's a freeing feeling. I am able to take care of my family, and take care of my work, and everyone wins.

Make sure you are on a team of producers or that you make moves to be on such a team. If you aren't , or don't, your growth will be stunted.
