While there are not a lot of women at the top, there is a strong focus on increasing the number of women executives. This does not mean promoting women over men to meet a quota. Instead, it means searching out amazing external candidates and investing in the development of internal associates (both men and women!).
Great benefits. Flexibility is determined by the department you are in. The majority of management has children as well and can be very accommodating. Keep in mind, there are a lot of departments that are pretty entry level and incredibly strict with time/vacation.
We have a strong and healthy culture, but we have more work to do to improve gender balance in senior management.
