It can be a nice place to work but it's still got a culture of egos and patriarchy, and although women do lead, the culture hasn't yet shifted

Most jobs at HQ are underpaid consultancies. You're forced to take one month off every 11 months and then get the job again. Few benefits. And it's difficult to advance. Functions on the blood and energy of young optimists, but change is very slow and bureaucracy is high.
