Most jobs at HQ are underpaid consultancies. You're forced to take one month off every 11 months and then get the job again. Few benefits. And it's difficult to advance. Functions on the blood and energy of young optimists, but change is very slow and bureaucracy is high.

Many women work there, but not as many in leadership roles. Plus most jobs are 11 month consultancies with one month forced unpaid leave to avoid having to provide benefits. It's a terrible system that makes it difficult to plan your life, or advance.
