Management is male-dominated which is largely due to a generational gap. The company has a "boys club" culture which leads to subconscious bias and difficulty for women to advance. I've also seen multiple instances of sexual harassment.

I worked here in South Africa for 7 years. The exec and management structure is still male dominated but they do encourage females. The culture is good and working hours are flexible, many people leave early to pick up kids.
