"Excellent benefits if you are a manager of above, some very inspiring female leaders.
Cons is that it's very difficult to progress internally if you want to do this based on your value rather than on sponsors."

"when i returned to work i had the option to work 4 days a week on full compenation fro 1 year or reduce hours over 5 days. I chose the latter. It made balancing transition back to work and having time to spend with small childre much much easier"
