"ADP is a great place to work if you want to grow within a company - you won't need to leave to find your next opportunity or promotion. They encourage, mentor, and incubate your career, always with an eye on where you can grow next. Five stars, highly recommend! "

"This is the best job I have ever had and the best company. I feel respected, valued and have a bit of autonomy in making decisions that impact the work flow and functioning of our unit. My managers are approachable and I believe will go to the mat for me if needed."

"When I was hired ADP and told they won awards for being a great place for women to work, I was suspect. But years and several roles later, I’m thankful to be at ADP. They have always invested in me, while simultaneously supported work life balance. Especially during COVID, leadership cares about the daily challenges and works with me or people on my team to figure out solutions. "

"In the end the flexibility and support you get is very dependent on your direct manager, which should not be the case - would be good to have a more consistent culture. At the moment my boss is great but it was not always the case"

"ADP provides Women in Leadership targeted training, support and networking."
"I started my career when I was engaged, went on to get married, have three children, and lots of life events, all the while ADP supported me and provided flexibility when needed, including going from a people leader to individual contributor, back to people leader. "
"The culture, learning opportunities and leadership at ADP have shaped my professional life. I am grateful to work in an organization that is not only financially stable, but also one that promotes ethics, corporate responsibility and diversity. I'm grateful to have started and grown within my career at ADP and to the many men and women who have helped me climb the ladder of success. ADP has supported me through many personal changes and at each stage - including being a new mother - has provided me with incredible support making me feel like I am capable of achieving any of my goals."
"I love working at ADP. The culture is fantastic, my team is supportive and I enjoy what I do. I would (and have) recommended ADP to others. The women's network at ADP is especially supportive. I've been here over 5 years and plan to be here many more. "
"ADP absolutely fosters a culture where woman are equal in all things including leadership. I have been with the company for 23+ years and have been promoted 9 times. I'm now part of my BU's senior leadership team along with 6 other woman and 2 men. I have had countless opportunities to develop, learn, and grow since my time here at ADP. I could not recommend it more. "
"Excellent opportunities for career growth. However, the teams run very thin so there is an excessive need for overtime to keep everything afloat. As long as you can put in the hours and the work, the rewards are bountiful. "
"As a working mother to a one year old, I appreciate the flexibility that has been presented, especially in a 'work from home' environment right now. I feel supported and have many other incredible women around me to collaborate with. "
"It's a family. You will be given clear expectations, unlimited support, and so much opportunity you will never lack for a career-pathing options. As a mother of 4, I have been able to feel challenged, appreciated, and fulfilled at work while also being a very present, and active mom for my kids. "
"ADP has come a long way - I started over 30 years ago when there were far fewer women leaders. Flash forward to today, it has improved greatly. Even in the highest of ranks, we are making progress. There is a lot of flexibility and autonomy and overall great culture."
"You are ultimately responsible for your own time management to balance your life."
"It's a great place to work. Everyone is very collaborative and diversity is practiced. Seeking diverse perspectives and respecting each person's uniqueness is top of mind and valued as part of the culture. "

"Company being so big has good and bad areas. Clarify during your interview process as much a you can about diversity. Ask questions like how many women are there in similar position as yours. Ask about their experiences. It's a systemic problem there so it's very important to find out where you will land up."

"I have been working for ADP since I was 19. I have had many opportunities in the last 21yrs that I am super grateful for! I highly recommend ADP to others! I've been able to take leave when needed, change my hours around when needed and I've also relocated to different states twice in the last 10yrs (personal moves/not business related) and I've been lucky enough to still work for ADP! "
"People truly care about you and your families, that care goes a long way and has really translated into the balance that women sometimes need in their lives. "

"I'm so thankful for the flexibility ADP offers, especially during these uncertain times. My leader understands and supports work-life balance and my peers always step in to relieve the pressure when the "life" side of my scale takes over for a bit. "
"I came to work at ADP for the money, but have stayed for over seven years for many other reasons. As a single working mother with two active children, balancing work and home life can be difficult. My leaders at ADP support and even encourage work/life balance. I have never missed a football game, musical or award ceremony due to work. When COVID hit and my family was challenged with remote learning, ADP again offered support and resources. ADP promotes women in leadership, has a visible commitment to diversity and inclusion and is overall a great place to work. "
"Great place to work for us working moms! Very supportive and I love my role that I am in."
"The most flexible environment to chart your own course and adjust depending on life requirements."
"ADP is a great place to work. Among some of the things I consider as top benefits for women are: competitive wages, flexible schedules, employee group dedicated to women (also groups for LGBTQIA+, associates of color, diverse cultures, etc.) full-paid maternity leave, fertility benefits, and a new adoption benefit (beginning in 2021). As a woman, I have never felt less than the male employees on my team - we all work together toward our common goal. I love it at ADP. Concerning the global pandemic (COVID-19): they have been absolutely phenomenal and had every associate working from home within less than a week of things closing. In March, shortly after our offices closed, before the government had taken action, they gave all associates a bonus to help us with the tough times. They supported me in my illness and gave me the flexibility I needed to work toward recovery. ADP has been fully transparent and openly communicates with us about what they are doing. I can tell that our health and safety is number one for them. I have been amazed at what they have done during this very strange time."
"This company really practices what it preaches when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Women and minorities are well-represented and celebrated. I love this company!"
"I have a voice and am being heard! I see other women create their own career paths and succeed."
"ADP is an employer who values diversity and women. They offer a Business Resource Group that is dedicated to women, they have distinct mentoring programs for women and understand work life balance, especially as it pertains to children and family life. Women leaders aren't rare - they are woven in the fabric of ADP's value system."
"The female leaders in this company are willing to help anyone below them rise up among the ranks. They are true advocates of women leadership, and are beyond inclusive at every level. Mentorship and educational resources are always available; and the male leaders of this organization are extremely supportive and grateful for their female partners. The flexibility for working parents, mothers or fathers, is also a huge benefit."

"It's Amazing to work at ADP. here we respect each other, we have our values and our strategies. Woman can reconcile their professional and personal lives because working hours are flexible and there is the possibility to telecommute. For leadership positions there is no discrimination between men and women for the occupation of this position. for example here in Tunisia most of our managers are women "
"ADP is prioritizing Diversity and Inclusion. The Business Resource Group, International Women's Inclusion Network, exists in most large offices, and if not - there are global networking opportunities you can take advantage of. ADP offers Paid Family Leave, flexible hours, and some business units allow for unlimited sick leave to accommodate sick kiddos, or sickness resulting from having kiddos in care. It's truly a phenomenal company to work for - and I'm so happy to be here."

"Although there are many women in leadership within ADP, it is still a "good old boys club" at the core. I'm in a division where the entire leadership team is exclusively white men. I've been at the company almost 20 years and I've seen multiple cases of harassment and gender discrimination opened with HR against male managers over the years. Typically the company asks the offending man to leave the company vs firing them. Many times they are just relocated to another area or division. Women have to work a lot harder to get promoted due to the men in leadership who are "old school". Women are frequently told to "soften their tone" by male managers who are known for being extremely abrupt in their own communication style. There have been situations of male managers who yell, swear, and degrade their employees continuously being dismissed and ignored due to them being a top sales contributor and bringing in big numbers. This is even after bringing to HR's attention. Overall, the people/employees at ADP keep everyone employed here as it is a group of great people who support each other. The men who are ignorant need to be educated and their attitudes currently align based on their age with all of society. There are tons of opportunities to move within the organization to an area where these situations don't occur. Corp has taken a new interest in employee satisfaction by launching ways for employees to anonymously report things, as well as a neutral Associate Relations Board that employees can open cases with bypassing their local management and HR completely. They also have a strict no-retaliation policy. Most employees are very happy working at ADP, the sales side is a tougher area."

"I had a wonderful work-life balance working here because I had a work from home, full-time position. I got laid off, and it seemed the work from home positions are less of an option now. I enjoyed my time working at ADP, but eventually my boss made my life hell. I had a great boss when I started who helped train and develop my skills, but he was eventually laid off as well. My new boss was a woman, and seemed to be harder on employees with work-life balance. She would work long hours as a work martyr and expect us to check emails during off hours and weekends. The work life balance, even with work from home became unbearable. There were even times I went on vacation that I ended up having to help out with "emergencies" that could have waited. The culture on the west coast from California offices was much more laid back than the culture in the Roseland, NJ office. As a global company, it was also difficult to work on conference calls with people overseas who had more vacation and work life balance than you did in the home office. Overall, there's a diverse workforce and the compensation and benefits are great. But there's little true innovation going on. The work style is very traditional, even though they have an "innovation lab" that mimics a tech company but lacks authenticity. "
