As long as you work 80 hours in a two week period and 3 days a week you work core hours (9am-3pm), the rest of your schedule can flex to the needs of the employee. Start and End times can vary, length of hours work daily can vary. It's great for when I need to go to doctors appointments or kids events. I do not have to take time off, I can just flex my schedule to make up the hours on a different day. "
