"The pay is good. The company would cover up sexual harassment. HR is afraid and supports Male Rights Activists. Lip service to diversity (though many fall for it). If you are usually unaware of gender and race biases, or at least comfortable looking the other way for the sake of cushy job, this is a good place - otherwise it is detrimental to self esteem and mental health."

"Great place to work. Lots of generous benefits and policies that support women & families. Plus many women in leadership (on business side, at least) & outlets for female resource groups to support each other. Bar is set high for excellence here, but culture supports flexibility so that {usually} makes it easier (for most) to balance work/life priorities. Google is so big now though that not everyone has had an entirely positive experience. "

"Find a great team that has a product you are really interested/passionate about. Having a supportive manager can really help you, and conversely having a manager that doesn't care about your career will hurt you in the long run."
