"This is an ultra-conservative, old boy's club from the start. While they SAY women are equal, we're also supposed to not tell, ask or in any way discuss our pay with anyone else. Why do you think that is? Because compensation is determined by 1-sex, 2-how much butt you'll kiss. Run!"
