"Sexism is most apparent in opportunities, promotions, and women in leadership positions. There are barely any women in leadership across the entire organization, even at the local level. The culture is also an old boys club and is very aggressive and men make little effort to include women. "

"Company only rewards those who have been there 10 plus years. If you’re a female between the ages of 20-35 who’s looking to have children in the next few years, I would stay clear of this company. Refer to glassdoor reviews if you need further proof of their shady practices."

"Do NOT work in the DC office ever, it's full of misogyny. The SVP and one of the other VP's are best friends and say derogatory comments towards women in the workplace, treat them poorly, and even made me cry at one point."
