"They claim to be flexible but scrutinize those who try to work on an off hours basis/work remotely"

"Company uses short-term disability to supplement maternity leave...at certain income levels the reimbursement does not come close to normal income. Vacation and sick time are also used to supplement."
Would you recommend iHeartMedia to other women?
"It depends on your level of experience...not a great company to launch your career (lack of training/support...low pay unless you have desired expertise/reputation)"

"Company only rewards those who have been there 10 plus years. If you’re a female between the ages of 20-35 who’s looking to have children in the next few years, I would stay clear of this company. Refer to glassdoor reviews if you need further proof of their shady practices."

"Do NOT work in the DC office ever, it's full of misogyny. The SVP and one of the other VP's are best friends and say derogatory comments towards women in the workplace, treat them poorly, and even made me cry at one point."
