"Not certain if all parts of iHeartMedia are as old school, but this was a very challenging place to work as a woman. Old school radio boys club with limited respect for differing opinions and views. Highly suggest not working here."

"Sexism is most apparent in opportunities, promotions, and women in leadership positions. There are barely any women in leadership across the entire organization, even at the local level. The culture is also an old boys club and is very aggressive and men make little effort to include women. "

"Company uses short-term disability to supplement maternity leave...at certain income levels the reimbursement does not come close to normal income. Vacation and sick time are also used to supplement."
