The ration of men to women overall is skewed, especially in sales. There are far more men than women who work here, BUT, I rarely notice that or feel like it has an effect on my work. The culture is incredible inclusive and not male centric even considering the ratio of males to females.

There are a lot of strong women here and we are very supportive of one another. Unfortunately, the strong women are not the ones at the adult table. Thus, we are rarely involved in major decisions that directly affect our departments or us individually.
