"Very much a glass ceiling at the top, and the women at the top all are supported by stay at home partners if they have kids; lots of smart, capable women working here but it’s overtly harder to get promoted to top levels as a woman here"

"I have seen women hired for the same position as a man in the labor aspect of the factory. I'm not sure I saw a women figure in a manager or supervisor position. This place really focused more on being self sufficient at your job and as long as you got your job done in time you weren't bothered. I felt like I was treated the same as a man."

"Strong opportunities for those willing to work long hours and deliver results. At times it feels like everything is a priority and everything is urgent, so for those with family responsibilities, it's very important to draw clear boundaries with your manager and team (often easier said than done)."
