"Nyt is focused on diversity and making a lot of progress, but at the same time doesn't feel fast enough. From what I've witnessed, if anyone is a bad situation the company/ HR isn't going to fix it."

"It's a very political place and very competitive. I have found some women in leadership roles are conscious of helping other women, but unfortunately just as many are only looking out for themselves."
