"Culture and support depends on what division you’re in and what level you’re at. I have never received the benefit of mentoring, while I have seen it informally for male colleagues. At the same time, Nokia is trying to improve its diversity at all levels. How successful it will be remains to be seen."

"At Nokia, frequent reorganization is the norm, meaning frequent managerial changes (perhaps once every 1-2 years). So if you have an unsupportive manager, it may be worthwhile to wait it out. If it’s truly bad, you can apply for other jobs internally. Until recently, all of my managers have been fantastic for many years."

Parental leave, Health care, Childcare, Pension
