"It's a great place to work. The executive team knows there is still more work to do in the area of D&I however they are intentionally focusing on improving it and increasing the overall diversity at the company and in leadership."

"The culture is very supportive of parents and really of the fact that all employees have outside demands on their time. It's a culture of trust rather than one of fear."

"We have unlimited PTO and the company closes down during the week of Fourth of July for Independence Week! Employees are also encouraged to take vacation and have a lot of flexibility day to day to accommodate obligations outside of work."

"I can't remember exactly how it split out when I took it 6-ish years ago, but it's been updated in that time. The current paid policy is above, but I'm not certain if the 12 weeks of FMLA can be added on top of that."

"They truly mean it when they say they value the employee experience. Also the nature of our work means we do a LOT of research and publication on the gender wage gap so it feels good to be a part of an organization helping to make a difference."
