"A lot of opportunity to advance, but you need to drive your own career. The culture is inclusive and there is work-life balance, although it varies by department and leadership."

"Pepsi was excellent to me. Through the pandemic, they helped me get my CDL and were super understanding with personal life. I never requested days off but if I needed to, it was an option. I love Pepsi, the only reason I am not there currently is because of the late shift. I just wanted more family time. "

"Flexibility policies are in place, but keep in mind the more senior your level that flexibility may look different than other employees."

"I have experienced and witnessed more gender and race fueled barriers from this company than any other organization I’ve ever worked for. Very misleading give the PR around PepsiCo. Issues stem from old school mentality at operations and corporate level. "

"Expect minimal true work flexibility. Executive Leadership has policies, but lower management only talks the talk. It’s frowned upon to have flexible hours. "
"It takes a confident woman who is not afraid to speak fearlessly to work at Pepsi. Although it is a male dominated company a woman can be successful here. I would like to see more female Hispanic leaders in Director+ level positions. I also would say that I love working for Pepsi and this company has taken care of me and my fellow employees during Covid-19."
"You can build a great career here at Pepsi with great products and Proud hard working people. "

"I love working at PepsiCo. People look at what you have to offer, not your gender. Many women are in leadership positions throughout my site and it is great to be able to look up to them, and also see others appreciate them."
"Policies in place for flexibility, yet not really supported by banded leadership."
"The company really does care about women, making things better, and values your input. Sometimes it takes voicing your opinion to the right people, but changes do happen. I think if flexibility is important, you have to seek out specific roles/ functions where there is more of that than others. "
"PepsiCo creates a culture where hard work is rewarded. PepsiCo also shows that they value their employees through their benefits and flexible working policies (work from home flexibility, flexible working hours depending on your function and role, etc.)"
"Amazing culture and company morals that promote diversity in the work place"
"PepsiCo is not perfect but at least they are publicly holding themselves accountable to achieving gender and racial equality within the global organization. Proud to work for a company that makes equality and equity top priorities. "
"PepsiCo is an exciting and dynamic environment, lots of growth opportunities and never a boring day. Fun and broad portfolio of products and great people to work with- hard working, smart, humble. Great focus towards diversity as well with public commitments and real action."
"PepsiCo looks at women in my department as equals for ideas, and treats me the same as men. It is refreshing and I makes me proud and happy to come to work everyday knowing I am an equal."

"I've served in the military, worked in government, and in tech jobs before and I've never felt treated different or excluded as a woman at PepsiCo. I work in InfoSec and I've felt heard, supported, and I watch my peers and superiors lift women up. I feel fortunate, especially in the tech field, to work in such a supportive place and I've not searched for other employment because of that "
"Frito Lay specifically is a work hard, play hard organization. Every single person that works for this organization cares about the people and business. PepsiCo continues to improve the work life balance but also still running a business. "
"PepsiCo has so many opportunities to explore- you can grow at your pace, be challenged and supported. "
"It is a place that expects you to work hard and get your work done at a high level. But management is very understanding of family life and that you need to work on your time. There is not a clock watcher mentality on my team. "
"Being part of PepsiCo is like being part of a big family. A family that cares for it's associates, and for the communities in which we all live. And, it's not all perfect (just like no family is), but the company cares, listens, learns and puts words into action. You can be proud to be a woman at PepsiCo!"
"Ask for what you are worth and what is fair and equal and speak your truth, regardless if you are told that is too aggressive. Remember men are seen as assertive and women as aggressive. We need to change that perception from within. "
"PepsiCo provides a lot of career opportunities for women, many of which allow for the flexib
