"It takes a confident woman who is not afraid to speak fearlessly to work at Pepsi. Although it is a male dominated company a woman can be successful here. I would like to see more female Hispanic leaders in Director+ level positions. I also would say that I love working for Pepsi and this company has taken care of me and my fellow employees during Covid-19."

"I love working at PepsiCo. People look at what you have to offer, not your gender. Many women are in leadership positions throughout my site and it is great to be able to look up to them, and also see others appreciate them."

"The company really does care about women, making things better, and values your input. Sometimes it takes voicing your opinion to the right people, but changes do happen. I think if flexibility is important, you have to seek out specific roles/ functions where there is more of that than others. "

"If you are in a corporate role there's TONS of flexibility, but if you are in the field, there is much less. Sales roles have some, but the demands are high, and Supply Chain roles are just demanding and rigid. "
