"PepsiCo creates a culture where hard work is rewarded. PepsiCo also shows that they value their employees through their benefits and flexible working policies (work from home flexibility, flexible working hours depending on your function and role, etc.)"

"PepsiCo looks at women in my department as equals for ideas, and treats me the same as men. It is refreshing and I makes me proud and happy to come to work everyday knowing I am an equal."
