"I've served in the military, worked in government, and in tech jobs before and I've never felt treated different or excluded as a woman at PepsiCo. I work in InfoSec and I've felt heard, supported, and I watch my peers and superiors lift women up. I feel fortunate, especially in the tech field, to work in such a supportive place and I've not searched for other employment because of that "

"Frito Lay specifically is a work hard, play hard organization. Every single person that works for this organization cares about the people and business. PepsiCo continues to improve the work life balance but also still running a business. "

"It is a place that expects you to work hard and get your work done at a high level. But management is very understanding of family life and that you need to work on your time. There is not a clock watcher mentality on my team. "

"Parental leave is the one area PepsiCo could improve. 6 weeks is an increase new in 2020, prior to that it was 4 weeks of paid maternity leave on top of STD. This is not competitive with other top companies. "

"Being part of PepsiCo is like being part of a big family. A family that cares for it's associates, and for the communities in which we all live. And, it's not all perfect (just like no family is), but the company cares, listens, learns and puts words into action. You can be proud to be a woman at PepsiCo!"
