Because the culture emphasizes transparency, it makes the place unique and easy to navigate politically if you are the type to wear your heart on your sleeve like I am. They care about diversity and do a good job of avoiding group think. It's an interesting combination that works for me. The company and your colleagues appreciate hard work and even when we all volunteer, we work harder than the rest of the companies out there (so I've heard).
