You highlight a really great feature of the culture: the managers' attention to trying to build an adaptive employee experience where and how they can. We do place a high value on the collaboration of our office environments, but we are all human and having leaders who look to work with you in the very first instance is important to getting that right. Finding ways to make it so "real life" is welcome in the office is part of that too! We really appreciate the feedback.
