"There's a great community of women here and there is definitely room to promote more women to executive leadership positions. I've been able to find great work-life harmony here despite having to come into the office 4 days a week. I wish it wasn't that way but manager really does give me the flexibility I want. "

"It's the customer above all else - including the employee experience. They say they're flexible, but just implemented a mandatory 4 days in the office each week policy -- despite the fact that their own research says employees value flexibility (especially high-performing women) and that the majority of employees would prefer 2-3 days in-office. Career advancement is almost non-existent -- they hire externally for leadership positions."

"This company went from wanting to improve their percentage of high-performing women to making it extremely difficult, and impossible in some cases, for a working mother to succeed without sacrificing her family in one 50-minute town hall. The senior leadership team are all men, and when they announced the change in WFH policy, not a single one of the women leaders was present."

"I would say they are supportive of taking long maternity leaves, but they don't pay for it. They are supportive of you having a life outside of work, but you pay for it in your own perceived success. They are supportive of people working less than full time, but they don't know how to review performance of part-time employees against those of full-time employees. I would say it's not worse than anywhere else but it's not better either. The daycare is nice. That's a nice perk."

"Qualtrics is committed to being a place where you can "bring your whole self to work". This means self-organized groups for LGBTQIA, Veterans, People with disabilities, different cultures, etc. The Company sends out quarterly surveys to track how people (anonymously) and managers are rated based on the feedback from their direct reports. We have regular diversity training and other workshops to eliminate bias in hiring, developing talent, and promotions. There is a strong focus on supporting women in leadership roles, as the tech world is very gender lopsided. Qualtrics sets aggressive goals for hiring and promoting women so we have a more balanced workforce, where many different ideas and opinions can flourish. Each year I see them improving benefits and finding ways to make working more flexible for parents. It's honestly a company with great people and leadership who cares personally about their employees. "

"Qualtrics is very invested in DEI and focused on taking action to level the playing field more than any other employer I've known. That said, there are still more men than women in leadership positions, and we have a lot of ground to cover. But the fact that they acknowledge this, and have tangible goals and action plans, speaks volumes."

"Working at Qualtrics means joining a company that is aware of its shortcomings and that is actively working on permanent change. And yes - there are shortcomings that can impact your experience. There is not - at present - a permanent work-from-home policy (though everyone has been WFH for the pandemic and most are still doing that). However, I've found that this hasn't meant that you can't make work time work for you. We have generous medical leave, because the leadership team wanted people to feel confident about taking care of their health. We have the ability to work with our management on start/end times to be responsive to family needs. We have leadership that are being held to high standards to make permanent change to how the gender balance in senior leadership looks. Qualtrics is a place that is constantly in progress. It's not perfect, and though it is proud of many of the good things it does/has done that does not mean that it sees the "job" as being done in relation to employee experience. I believe that I'm part of a company that has genuinely caring individuals listening and actioning change, and I'm here for the journey that requires."

"The managers of the company want to make flexible arrangements for working moms, however, several company policies make it a stretch for them to do it. Qualtrics has a office presence culture that is helpful for team collaboration but difficult to arrange for remote opportunities. Time off and occasional working from home is easy to arrange and weekend work is very optional. "

"The company has good intentions to create a more diverse work environment and even has company goals against it but it really feels like lip service. Hiring polices work against them as they have hard requirements for time in role and require certain degrees for most roles so they end up just hiring more of the same types of people in a diversity defeating cycle.
