"We need to be vocal and ask for what we need/want. The Exec team is kind and good, but sometimes blind to concerns that matter to women in all stages of their careers."

"If work is getting turned around quickly, it’s fine to flex your hours and time in office. But the expectation then is that you’re on later or earlier to still make the turnaround fast."

"It depends on what company you are working for, but I found that men and woman weren't treated equally, especially in the area of pay."
