"Flexibility depends very much on specific supervisors and managers. Some employees are encouraged to move to positions around the business and around the world, while others are told they must stay in their department for at least a decade and do the job they're told to do."

"Most positions have "9/80" flex scheduling meaning you have every other have Friday off! It's been such a game changer. Now I don't have to burn up vacation on doctor's appointments, errands, and other things that require week day hours. In addition, my male boss is very laid back about working from home as needed."

"There are improvements needed, however I will still recommend this company to other women because of flexibility and benefits. However, men tend to promote other men and women in leadership positions do not find ways to help other women."

"It's a great place to work, but things are changing. There's a pull towards the "new and cool" and a pull towards "old and known" which leads to things like dynamic desks and work environments WITH very limited flexibility in terms of hours, no remote working, and a mandate on being in the office. "Do your diligence - some great opportunities but also some serious cultural challenges (US in particular). The embedded practice of moving managers every 3-4 years creates upward mobility but also tremendous uncertainty - if you start out working for a great leader, odds are you won't keep them for long!"

"All paid weeks are based solely on having elected income protection insurance for non-occupational disability. Some managers will call you in to work even when you are on unpaid leave. Year end rankings, which impact bonus, were noticeably impacted in years where maternity leave was taken, contrary to company policy."
