"recently the work from home policy has become much more strict in regard to Sr leaders requiring people come in the office except on a one-off basis(appointments, sick children, etc). Most jobs in my org can be done 100% at home, so there is no reason to need to come in the office."

"There are layoffs every year, and it does not matter how much you work or how well you do your job. There is zero job security."

"If you want to work at T-Mobile, be sure it is a corporate store or for the actual corporate office. I work for an owner of five franchised stores, and corporate jobs may be more stressful but so much more worth it overall."

"There are a lot of departments that allow and encourage remote support options. Most operational support roles (Customer Delivery, Cust Experience Managers, Data & Analytics, etc) can be remote since the "customer" you are supporting is spread around the country. "
