Brigitte Spencer is the director of personal lines at The Hanover Insurance Group. She joined The Hanover in 2019 leading the inside sales team, focusing on profitable growth, quality and strong agency partnerships. With more than 20 years in the industry, she has developed a depth of knowledge in personal lines underwriting, sales, and contact center operations. Brigitte has driven profitable underwriting results, coordinated department startups and reorganizations, built quality and training programs, developed key talent, and supported process and product improvements throughout that time. Brigitte is known for her ability to drive engagement and results through collaboration, bringing diverse perspectives to the table and inspiring others to realize their best selves. A strong advocate for inclusion and diversity, Brigitte is a member and board secretary of the Atlanta Chapter of National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), and she recently cofounded and led the strategic implementation of Hanover’s first African American-focused business resource group, Kinship Village. Through their strategic goals, she is positively influencing both professionals on the benefits of a career in the insurance industry and corporations on the critical role diversity and inclusion plays in their future success and profitability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University in business as well as the CPCU, AINS, and AIS designations. Brigitte resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, Matthew and two boys, Harrison and Gabriel.

Kelsey Stuart is a senior innovation analyst on the innovation team at The Hanover Insurance Group. Her career at Hanover started with an IT internship in 2015. Beginning a full-time position in 2016 as an emerging technology research associate, she focused on exploring and testing emerging technologies relevant to the insurance industry. In 2018, she joined the innovation team, where she collaborates with business partners to identify, test and implement new innovative capabilities tied to growth and efficiency strategies. She has a passion for career development and giving back to the local community, and is involved in multiple Hanover groups focused on these initiatives. Kelsey graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a major in operations and information management and a minor in information technology. She is from Sutton, Massachusetts, and currently resides in Worcester, Massachusetts. She serves as a board member for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health (Massachusetts and Rhode Island), a big for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and both the Northeastern Professional Development Chair and district director for the professional fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.

Pam Rushing is the head of underwriting for Hanover programs and the chief underwriting officer for specialty-casualty at The Hanover Insurance Group. Pam started with Hanover in 2010 as a territory underwriting manager in the Wisconsin office. As middle market operations grew, she was promoted to commercial lines manager in 2014. In 2017, Pam became the middle market chief underwriting officer for the Midwest and Great Lakes region. In December of 2019 she joined the specialty organization in her current role. She is responsible for leadership and oversight within Hanover programs as well as the casualty book within Hanover specialty, including responsibilities within E&S, healthcare and marine. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Pam has held various leadership and underwriting positions within the core commercial space. Prior to joining Hanover, she held positions with Travelers, Liberty Companies and QBE. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a degree in risk management, insurance and marketing and obtained her CPCU in 2007. Pam resides in Franklin, Wisconsin, with her husband Greg, two children Maddie(16) and Drew(14) as well as two dogs.
