She was able to leverage her depth of engineering knowledge to develop and implement well-conceived strategies to deliver the product On Time, In Full, with highest Quality and lowest costs possible Throughout her career, Cyrille has always made sure to surround herself with diverse & passionate peers. She is part of the WiSTEM2D EMEA Professional Board, in order to further enable and advocate for gender parity in the workplace

Mandy Spohrer is a Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program Associate at Johnson & Johnson. Mandy received her master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University with a graduate certificate in Engineering Management, and she received her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
