The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex strategic problems, and is comfortable interacting with senior executives, founders, and external advisors

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to identify and evaluate corporate development opportunities in a structured and proactive fashion
  • Develop recommendations through market research, competitive analysis, and evaluation of emerging technologies, business models, and adjacent markets.
  • Lead assigned workstreams across the transaction lifecycle, including sourcing, market research, financial modeling, valuation, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal execution, closing, and integration planning.
  • Help improve internal corporate development processes, market intelligence, and acquisition playbooks, including identifying opportunities to leverage AI and other emerging technologies to improve team effectiveness.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or other quantitative disciplines preferred.
  • 3-5 years of transaction experience in Investment Banking (M&A or industry coverage), Corporate Development and/or Private Equity. Experience at a top-tier investment bank or acquisitive public company is preferred.
  • Experience working in a demanding and fast-paced environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in financial modeling, valuation, strategic analysis, and rigorous quantitative analyses, with a strong understanding of accounting and operating metrics
  • Ability to handle projects with multiple workstreams and manage complex cross-enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, action-oriented and team player approach
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning about new industries, technologies, and business models.
  • Travel may be required
