2. Project & Standardization
  • Support NAM users in embracing, workflows, standard KPIs and common performance routines.
  • Help users move away from local Excel packs, manual reconciliations and duplicate reporting by promoting standard outputs.

3. Feedback loop to Process COE
  • Collect regional pain points, data-quality issues, enhancement requests and improvement ideas from NAM stakeholders.
  • Help distinguish true business requirements from local preferences that would recreate fragmentation.
  • Support the Performance Senior Manager in fostering prioritized requirements into the Prism COE continuous-improvement roadmap.

4. Process discipline and data quality
  • Drive finance standardization initiatives across processes, reporting, planning, and performance management
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate financial processes
  • Identify data-quality concerns and work with Finance, and process owners to support resolution.
  • Maintain documentation of regional process notes, user guidance, known issues and adoption status.

  • Confident user of Power BI, Excel, SAP reports and enterprise reporting tools; able to interpret dashboards and support business users.
  • Understands how self-service analytics, workflow tools and standard data products change finance ways of working.
  • Able to support UAT, training, issue capture and adoption activities for MVP and industrialized DDH / Databricks solutions.
  • No coding, Python or Alteryx build capability is required, but digital curiosity and willingness to learn are important.
  • Strong communication, collaborator engagement and follow-through skills.
  • Structured, disciplined and comfortable tracking actions, risks, issues and adoption status across multiple stakeholders.
  • Change-positive approach with compassion for end users and willingness to help teams adopt new ways of working
  • Protects global standards while understanding NAM business needs and regional execution realities.
