- Overcome challenges of working on a global team across time zones, ways of working and differing priorities to deliver consistent results

System & Tool Governance
- Drive adoption and optimization of marketing systems, tools and platforms across NA GBM
- Own tool onboarding, training and performance tracking for the region
- Monitor resource and asset adoption rates across teams
- Collaborate with Global S&O network to scale global frameworks and best practices in the NA market

Financial & Planning Governance
- Own regional budget management and P&L tracking, including forecasting, reconciliation and variance reporting in partnership with the regional Finance BP
- Lead the operationalisation and coordination of regional planning cycles, coordinating annual and quarterly planning inputs, OKR development and alignment with global GBM direction
- Manage the regional operating rhythm, standing meetings, leadership cadences, agendas and regional connectivity touchpoints
