About the role

- Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and presentation materials for team members and management.
- Assist with cost analysis for outsourcing and in-house operations, including workforce allocation and scenario comparisons.
- Work with Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial & Contract teams to collect inputs and maintain accurate records.
- Use AI as a default working layer for research, analysis, data validation, reporting, and workflow automation, selecting the right tools and checking outputs before they inform decisions.
- Document processes, follow agreed controls, and handle sensitive financial and operational information responsibly.
- Build knowledge of Trust & Safety operations, budgeting, and cost management through structured learning and hands-on work.

What you will learn
- How global operating budgets are built, monitored, and translated into business decisions.
- How cost, workforce, and operational data connect across Planning, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
- How to turn an ambiguous business question into a structured analysis and clear recommendation.
- How to scale AI-native workflows into reliable operating processes that improve the team's speed, quality, and decision-making.

- An AI-native working style: regular hands-on use of LLMs and AI-enabled tools to research, analyze, automate, and produce high-quality work faster, with sound judgment over accuracy, confidentiality, and when human review is required.
- Foundational analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, tables, and structured data.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, and basic data organization.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain findings in a simple and structured way.
