Centered on user intent understanding, the team conducts user-centric experience evaluations and assesses model and strategy capabilities to identify key gaps and opportunities in search performance. In close partnership with Product and Engineering, we define, optimize, and iterate search product features and strategies to deliver accurate, high-quality content and services, driving better user experience and business outcomes.

Establish and improve a complete bad case management workflow covering issue discovery, severity grading, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking. Proactively represent the user perspective to drive technical teams toward issue resolution and quality improvement. Conduct necessary intervention operations under compliance guidelines to safeguard core online experiences.
- Act as a hub for cross-regional and cross-timezone collaboration in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment. Efficiently coordinate with different teams to independently drive complex projects and flexibly support urgent business needs, ensuring the accuracy of strategy verification and successful implementation.
