- Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Commercial, Procurement) to translate local insights into actionable strategies for risk mitigation, cost avoidance, and workforce optimization.
- Collaborate with the budget and payments team to co-develop and execute tailored BPO budget plans, ensuring strict compliance with all financial and legal governance.
- Perform data-driven analysis of the BPO workforce-including deep dives on key forecasting parameters-to forecast future needs, identify risks, and provide strategic recommendations to support long-term business growth.
- Communicate strategy and performance to leadership by developing and presenting executive-level reports and dashboards on planning progress, and analytical insights.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by overseeing the implementation of new systems, tools, and automated processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of workforce and budget management.
