Responsibilities

About the team
The Budget and Cost Optimisation (BCO) team is responsible for long-term cost decision frameworks, BPO budgets for Content Moderation, and OPEX optimisation strategies across Global Trust & Safety Operations. The team supports sound financial management and helps improve operational efficiency through cost analysis, planning, and governance.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to our Company and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

About the role
You will work alongside experienced team members to build practical skills in budgeting, cost analysis, reporting, and operational planning. You will support recurring financial processes, investigate data, and turn your findings into clear insights for cross-functional partners.
You do not need to arrive as a subject matter expert. We are looking for someone with strong analytical foundations, careful judgment, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly in a global environment.

Responsibilities
- Support annual and quarterly budget planning for the BPO Content Moderation workforce, including data preparation, validation, and tracking against actual spending.
- Review budget and operational data to identify trends, variances, data-quality issues, and opportunities for cost improvement.
- Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and presentation materials for team members and management.
- Assist with cost analysis for outsourcing and in-house operations, including workforce allocation and scenario comparisons.
- Work with Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial & Contract teams to collect inputs and maintain accurate records.
- Use AI as a default working layer for research, analysis, data validation, reporting, and workflow automation, selecting the right tools and checking outputs before they inform decisions.
- Document processes, follow agreed controls, and handle sensitive financial and operational information responsibly.
- Build knowledge of Trust & Safety operations, budgeting, and cost management through structured learning and hands-on work.

What you will learn
- How global operating budgets are built, monitored, and translated into business decisions.
- How cost, workforce, and operational data connect across Planning, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
- How to turn an ambiguous business question into a structured analysis and clear recommendation.
- How to scale AI-native workflows into reliable operating processes that improve the team's speed, quality, and decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Operations, Workforce Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- An AI-native working style: regular hands-on use of LLMs and AI-enabled tools to research, analyze, automate, and produce high-quality work faster, with sound judgment over accuracy, confidentiality, and when human review is required.
- Foundational analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, tables, and structured data.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, and basic data organization.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain findings in a simple and structured way.
- Curiosity, willingness to ask questions, and the ability to learn in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework or project experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, statistics, operations, or data analysis.
- Exposure to SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or another analytics or visualization tool.
- Experience building repeatable AI-assisted workflows, automations, agents, or lightweight applications through prompting, no-code tools, APIs, or vibe coding.
- Experience working on a team project across different functions, cultures, or time zones.
- Interest in Trust & Safety, content moderation, workforce planning, or large-scale operations.
