TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) regional sales and advertising teams drive revenue growth by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding clients, and running campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Client needs, market trends, and performance expectations shift constantly, and differently in every market. We build strategy accordingly, turning those moving pieces into advertising solutions that work and client partnerships that last.

You will help businesses grow on a global platform, working on the campaigns and relationships that turn advertisers into long-term partners.

TikTok's Growth organisation helps ambitious businesses and brands unlock their next stage of growth on TikTok. We work across a broad portfolio spanning emerging businesses, mid-market companies and selected enterprise merchants, combining deep market expertise, scalable commercial strategies and TikTok's advertising and commerce solutions to accelerate growth.
Within Growth, our Commerce team is helping build the future of discovery commerce through TikTok Shop. We partner with some of the most exciting and fast-growing merchants in the market to help them build their business on TikTok - connecting content, commerce and advertising to drive sustainable GMV and revenue growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Team Lead to lead our Commerce business across the UKI market.

This is a high-impact leadership role with responsibility for a team of Account Managers and the commercial performance of a strategically important growth market. You will own the UKI growth strategy, helping merchants scale through TikTok Shop while accelerating adoption of solutions including Shop Ads and GMV Max.
You will lead across the full merchant growth journey - from early activation and commercial readiness through to advertising adoption, GMV acceleration, monetisation and long-term strategic partnership.
Beyond delivering the business today, you will help shape how we grow tomorrow. You will identify market opportunities, establish scalable go-to-market strategies, influence product and operating models, and work closely with TikTok Shop, Product, Marketing, Operations, Enablement and other teams to unlock growth across the UKI ecosystem.
Our ideal candidate combines strong people leadership, commercial ownership and strategic thinking. You will be comfortable building in an evolving environment, creating clarity where the path is not always defined and translating market insight into action.
You will deeply understand merchants, the UKI ecommerce ecosystem and the commercial levers that drive growth. You will use data and customer insights to identify patterns, prioritise opportunities and build repeatable strategies that improve merchant and business outcomes.
Above all, you will build and inspire a high-performing team - developing talent, setting a clear vision and creating a culture of pace, ownership and ambition.

Responsibilities
- Aim for the Highest - Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers. Establish a clear market vision, raise the standard of commercial execution and create an environment where people can grow, challenge themselves and deliver exceptional merchant outcomes.
- Assume Ownership - Own revenue, GMV, Shop Ads adoption and merchant growth across the DACH market. Translate business objectives into a clear market strategy, identify the highest-impact growth opportunities and drive disciplined execution against ambitious goals.
- Shape the UKI Growth Strategy - Develop a deep understanding of the UKI ecommerce and commerce landscape. Identify market opportunities, merchant segments and growth levers that can accelerate TikTok Shop adoption and strengthen TikTok's position within the market.
- Put Merchants at the Centre - Build trusted commercial partnerships with high-potential merchants. Ensure the team understands each merchant's business, economics and growth opportunity and provides consultative support that moves them from activation to sustainable, scaled growth.
- Unlock the Full Commerce Opportunity - Help merchants connect commerce and advertising to maximise their potential on TikTok. Accelerate adoption of Shop Ads, GMV Max and other solutions that increase discovery, conversion, GMV and long-term value.
- Build for Scale - Turn successful merchant strategies into repeatable playbooks. Identify opportunities to improve segmentation, processes, tooling, operating models and commercial programmes so we can support a growing merchant base effectively.
- Have the Bigger Picture in Mind - Partner closely with TikTok Shop, Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement and other cross-functional teams. Bring the voice of the UKI market into broader strategy and ensure merchant insights translate into product and go-to-market improvements.
- Lead Through Change - Provide clarity and confidence as the business evolves. Help the team navigate changing priorities, new products and developing operating models while maintaining focus on the biggest commercial opportunities.
- Always Day 1 - Operate with curiosity, urgency and an entrepreneurial mindset. Stay close to merchants, competitors and the market, identify emerging opportunities early and translate them into action.
- Be a Champion of Inclusion - Build an inclusive team where different perspectives are valued and every team member feels empowered to contribute, challenge and grow.
