Responsibilities

TikTok's SMB (Small and Medium size Business) team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

We're looking for a dynamic, passionate Agency Partner Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Agency team. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure with the goal of driving revenue, agency education and long term relationships. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, a passion for growing revenue, and desire to help shape and scale solutions to support and grow SMB agencies in the DACH market.

3. Assume ownership - Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
4. Embrace change as an opportunity - have a growth mindset: learning when you don't understand, accept challenges, solutions-oriented feedback; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive.
5. Collaboration creates value - Seek to support new team members as they learn about our products and processes. Share your knowledge and empower your peers. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
