Responsibilities

The Global Agency and Accounts (GA&A) team works with leading agency groups and multinational advertisers, acting as a strategic and consultative partner. We establish and lead the partnerships that turn TikTok's integrated suite of products into solutions that build businesses and brands.

We solve complex, cross-market growth challenges for some of TikTok's largest global advertisers, bringing together strategy, platform expertise, and tailored solutions to meet high-impact business goals.

You will turn those partnerships into scalable programs and product adoption, accelerating measurable outcomes for clients and driving revenue growth for TikTok.

Food, Beverage, Alcohol (FBA) and QSR brands sit at the center of some of the platform's most vibrant communities, from product discovery and creator-led trends to real-time moments around dining, occasions, sport, music and entertainment.

The Global Account Director, FBA & QSR will support the development and execution of global account strategies for priority advertisers in these categories, helping translate client objectives into TikTok solutions that drive measurable business impact.

This role is part of the Global Accounts team within GBS. You will work closely with Global Client Leads, regional sales teams and cross-functional partners to support global partnerships, coordinate market execution and strengthen TikTok's position as a strategic media and business partner for leading FBA & QSR advertisers.

The Account Director role is designed to support and execute against global account priorities in partnership with account leadership. The role is expected to contribute to strategy, coordinate execution and strengthen client relationships, while Global Client Leads retain overall account ownership.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global account strategies, success metrics and operating plans for priority Food, Beverage, Alcohol and QSR advertisers.
- Contribute to revenue growth by identifying opportunities to expand direct partnerships, deepen platform adoption and connect client priorities to TikTok advertising solutions.
- Help build and nurture client relationships across marketing, media, commerce and brand teams, including stakeholders where appropriate.
- Partner with regional sales teams to translate global priorities into practical market-level execution, ensuring plans reflect regional category dynamics, media needs and measurement expectations.
- Support Joint Business Partnership planning and commercial discussions by coordinating inputs, preparing client materials and helping track progress against shared objectives.
- Use data, insights and measurement learnings to shape consultative recommendations that improve client outcomes across brand building, performance, commerce and full-funnel media objectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Consumer, Content, Measurement and other internal teams to bring the right TikTok capabilities to global FBA & QSR clients.
- Stay close to category trends, creator behaviors and cultural moments that matter to FBA & QSR marketers, and translate those signals into relevant client opportunities.
- Represent TikTok in selected client meetings, industry moments and internal forums, supporting leaders in high-quality preparation and follow-through.
- Contribute to a collaborative global account operating model by sharing best practices, improving account planning processes and supporting coordination across distributed teams.

- Demonstrated experience supporting annual planning cycles, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), global or multi-market account strategies, and executive-level business reviews.
- High degree of commercial curiosity and problem-solving capability, with the self-motivation to take full ownership of workstreams in ambiguous, fast-paced environments across global time zones.
