Responsibilities

The TikTok commerce team builds the solutions that help businesses engage audiences, inspire product discovery, and create commercial experiences on a platform where brands and merchants connect meaningfully with creators and communities.

We work closely with merchants, creators, and partners to support sustainable business growth while keeping the experience safe and trusted for the community. As the business scales across global markets, we take on complex challenges across content, commerce, trust, and the differing needs of each local market.

You will help shape the future of AI-native commerce, where discovery, entertainment, and buying happen in the same place.

The Beauty & Personal Care team manages businesses across one of TikTok Shop's highest-growth and leading categories in the UK. The team identifies, acquires and incubates emerging and established beauty brands, and builds long-term strategies to grow existing businesses on TikTok Shop. We manage hundreds of accounts across skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, and personal care, from indie and DTC founders to global beauty houses and leading retailers. Beauty is at the forefront of social commerce, and the team is set for continued growth, with a strong commitment to our partners and customer experience. This role is based in our London office.

The Beauty team is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of established beauty sellers on TikTok Shop. This is an individual contributor role for a data-driven, seller-centric operator who builds growth strategies from the numbers up. You'll be the go-to partner for your brands: you'll translate TikTok Shop's priorities into plans that serve their commercial goals, and find the space where both win.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day and long-term growth of your seller portfolio. You'll analyse performance across GMV, traffic, conversion, content and creator output to spot opportunities and diagnose issues early. You'll turn those insights into clear, actionable growth plans across affiliate and creator programmes, live commerce, campaigns and paid media, and you'll track delivery against them. You'll lead regular business reviews with your partners and keep internal teams informed with sharp, data-backed updates.

The ideal candidate has strong account management experience, ideally from an e-commerce platform, marketplace or fast-scaling business. They are highly analytical, confident working with large data sets, and comfortable building their own reporting. They pair this with excellent communication and relationship skills. You'll work autonomously in a fast-moving environment and take full ownership of hitting business OKRs. You'll have the resilience to stay steady through ambiguity and change.

This role gives you broad exposure to TikTok methodologies and the chance to bring original, creative ideas to one of the most dynamic categories on the platform.

Key success will be measured by the GMV growth of your seller portfolio, how effectively your sellers adopt TikTok Shop's growth levers, and the quality of your partner relationships.
