Responsibilities

About the team:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

About the role:
As our Agency Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and developing innovative, commercially viable partnerships with key agencies across México. In this role, you'll also manage strategic agency client relationships, leveraging a deep understanding of their business needs to drive mutual growth. This position will play a key role in expanding our impact within the agency ecosystem by working cross-functionally to define strategic initiatives, lead agency product enablement efforts, and contribute to the development of a world-class team and culture.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership & Sales Growth: Build and execute multi-quarter business plans to secure long-term revenue commitments and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) from top-priority agencies (e.g., Big 6).
- C-Suite & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate high-level relationships, orchestrate in-person touchpoints, and maintain a rigorous meeting cadence (≥95% coverage) with Agency Business Leads, Negotiation Teams, and C-Suite.
- Portfolio Expansion (Upsell & Onboard): Audit the agency's client roster to identify whitespace, pitch "quick win" opportunities, and drive both new client onboarding and deeper product adoption for existing brands.
- XFN Pod Leadership & Escalation: Act as the strategic quarterback guiding BPMs, CSMs, and specialists (Measurement, MarSci), while resolving high-level tactical blocks and historical escalations (e.g., policy, billing) via platforms like AdsIntegrity.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Experience Target: 3+ years in digital advertising and client-facing roles, including 3+ years of direct Ad Agency/HoldCo experience.
- Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of Digital Advertising, Ad-Tech, Media Agencies (HoldCos), or E-commerce, with expert-level understanding of social and mobile marketing.
- Technical Acumen: Advanced knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable digital media buying.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate best practices into actionable optimization and enablement recommendations.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong track record of owning relationships across all organizational levels, from programmatic trading desk managers to C-suite executives.
- Communication: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills (Advanced English required due to working with stakeholders who speak English). A strong collaborator is able to establish credibility with both technical and non-technical business owners.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Specialized Experience: Background in e-commerce, omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), or AI Enterprise Tools.
- Technical Familiarity: Working understanding of advertising APIs, measurement pixels, and advanced performance marketing metrics.
- Commercial Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding sales goals while securing support from key internal and external stakeholders.
- Mindset: Passionate about TikTok marketing, highly adaptable in rapidly changing environments, and driven to build initiatives from the ground up.
- Flexibility is considered for candidates with highly concentrated, hands-on experience in programmatic trading or ad-tech troubleshooting.

- In-Office Policy: We're working in the office 5x a week in Polanco
- Please submit your resume in English in order to be considered.
