About the Team
TikTok's Content Operations team in Southeast Asia grows the next generation of high-quality creators across Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. The Creators Community team builds TikTok's partner channel; multi-channel networks (MCNs), talent-management, agencies, and creator associations, to grow the creators, improve content quality, and build sustainable creators economy.

About the Role
Lead TikTok's MCN and agency partnerships in Thailand, owning the partner portfolio end-to-end from sourcing and qualification through agreements, onboarding, activation and QBRs. Grow a priority cohort of Thailand's top creators through these partners, and serve as the single partner-channel POC for Content Operations Team. Represent partner and creator needs to TikTok's Product and Platform teams across SEA. The role sits within the regional Creator Community team, alongside counterparts in Indonesia and Vietnam, and reports to SEA Content Operations leadership.

What You Will Do
- Build and scale Thailand's MCN, talent-agency and association portfolio across Entertainment, Sports, News and Emerging categories such as food, beauty, learning, lifestyle and auto.
- Own the full partner lifecycle: sourcing, qualification, agreements, onboarding, and run partner governance through weekly dashboards, monthly scorecards, QBRs, tiering and escalation.
- Activate partners through roster mapping, education programs, product training and playbooks.
- Serve as the single partner-channel POC for internal teams, matching briefs to the right partners and delivering creators and fan content at the required quality. Represent partner and creator needs to Product and Platform teams across SEA, consolidating requirements across ID, TH and VN.
- Grow Thailand's priority creator cohort and help high-potential creators progress to the top tier.
- Drive partner-led adoption of brand partnerships, TikTok One, LIVE and TikTok Shop.
- Represent TikTok at industry events and maintain a current view of the Thailand creator and agency ecosystem.
What Success Looks Like
- Build a diversified, high-performing partner portfolio with no over-reliance on any single MCN or agency.
- Make partner-sourced creators a major share of Thailand's high-quality creator supply.
- Enable internal teams to access creators and content faster through partners than through direct outreach.
