Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and push or pull weights up to 360 lbs. Capability to stand, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Comfortable working in confined spaces and environments with exposure to dust. Is there a reason we call out proficiency in English here, but not in the other roles? I'd recommend just keeping "Excellent verbal and written communication skills." Is it possible to keep our lifting requirements consistent among all roles? Do we ever ask anyone to help in other areas? Would be good to be consistent.
