A new best-in-class parental leave policy: - Gender neutral. Eligible parents, regardless of gender or “primary caregiver” status, have up to 12 weeks of paid leave to care for the child when he or she is born, adopted, or placed with the employee in foster care. - More time off available. The birth mother can take paid parental leave after the disability period ends, which effectively extends the amount of paid time off available. - More flexibility. New parents can take their eligible leave at any time as long as it ends within one year of the child’s birth, adoption or foster care.
